SW Minnesota | I'm not partaking in the lawsuit, just doesn't feel right to me. In my opinion we should be suing either the exporters, or the farmers that allowed the product into the market. It was approved for US production, and to be released for sale that it what it needs in the United States. Was it reckless to do it without global acceptance, yes. But was it illegal? No. I don't think you can prove that the issue solely caused a collapse in a free market. These type of lawsuits have been attempted before with limited success. If you guys do collect, congratulations. Maybe donate the check to your church or local school, because I guarantee 95% of you are only doing it "because there is nothing to loose" | |
