Not totally true--------yes there are rigs stacked in the yards but there is still drilling happening due to the fact there are rig owners that still have bills they need to pay so they are getting competitive on rates.

Its just like the trucking---------when demand is high so are rates. When demand is low rates also decrease. Several energy groups here in CO say now is the time to get it done. With this down trend the little guys will drill more and just cap the wells off
