WCMO-SWMO Area | The plant cost 89 million and the initial equity drive raised 36 million...The minimum investment was 25K..They had another attempt to raise 10 million more..I think that in that drive you could buy 2 units for 5K each....Sadly lots of money was lost by investors....I was almost one of them but decided not to invest...As it turned out the timing just wasn't right for this venture..
