It will be the hardest for many to get a grasp on.
the world has now got more of all commads than it is using and with China meeting there stockpiling limits things will need to be trimmed back.
History tells us who will be doing the trimming.
never ending granary -- soil bank --- crp --- not sure what they name the next one but my bet is that USDA again becomes the worlds biggest land renter before this is all over
