The U.S. has very little exposure to the Chinese economy. Our exports to them represent less than 1% of our GDP, and American bank exposure to China is less than 1% of total assets. And remember this panic started when China reported GDP growth of only 7%. THIS HAS NOTHING IN COMMON WITH 2008.
