It is different this time. When have we ever had these type of economic policies in place?
Land values even @ $14,000 still shows a positive return with current int rate policy. When farmland land gets to a negative ROI the top will be @ hand. $14,000 dirt will more than likely look like a bargain before the next cycle high @ around 1929.
