NW Indiana | 1977 if I remember correct. Slick willy just put it on steroids in 1995. You are correct about learning from history. There is a huge lesson from that example. A lot of things from the heart seem like great ideas but there is a reason they don't work. In general poor people are poor for a reason and the rich are rich for a reason. Trying to manipulate that is like pissing in the wind. Obamacare, highly subsidized college, and back to subprime loans are examples of how we haven't learned from the past. | |
