ITS TIME TO WAKE UP GUYS.
LAND COSTS (RENTS) MUST DROPPPPPPPPPPPP,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ALOT IN SHORT ORDER.
30% would be a starting point.


LL just laugh when you put numbers like that on the table. I paid some good rent on the 30-32% basis. When corn was back down to $4.XX they laughed....wanted $25 more. So I walked from 650 acres in the last 2 years. Don't care not paying 50%. Going to be a lot of LL with empty leases after this year. Many guys hung on another year. Most I talk to are not going to do it again.
