You get everyone to set aside 10% and when the price of corn gets back up to $7.00 your neighbor will call all your landlords and offer them $100.00 an acre more rent.  You will be back to paying the higher rent or loosing the ground. We all raised the rents and made it so that $4.00 corn did not cash flow and now we went them to drive the price back up to pay for our high rent and high taxes on the high valued land.
