I don't know, judging by my immediate neighborhood everything should have been planted April 3.  However, I thought that most of the summer- and now the corn planted that week seems to have given up before it should have.  And the beans planted early are infested with SDS.  And everything planted later has holes.  Or wasn't planted.  So, I don't know.
