Northmo, where does that put your land per tillable? Seems everything is staying flat around here so far.
a buddy just informed me some 84 csr type in Bremer county Iowa just sold tonite for $6,650; that's $79 per csr point. The wheels seem to be coming off just about everything.
Have any idea where that was or if it was advertised or anything? I have family over that way and they didn't say anything about land coming up for sale.
