It all depends on kernel fill now is correct and I am having trouble believing all this corn in IL running out of N, showing yellow top leaves, and dying 3 weeks early from disease is going to finish out with big heavy kernels which is why the early kernel count yield estimate are likely too high from PFT and the USDA.
