Yes. The hagopian rule states that price will go "at least" as far in the opposite direction. Sometimes they are tick perfect, other times, they will use the modified schiff frequency...and that falls in the category of "at least as far" since the modified schiff will always project more energy to be released. There is another rule that is hardly every used, but worth mentioning. If a hagopian fails, it is a "shakeout", and price will make a strong move in the first direction. This happens very rarely, but they do on occasion. |
