NC IA | I don't understand why the market is not reacting in a positive way. The yields that Pro Farmer is coming up with, and also the general mindset, is that the USDA number is too high and reality seems to be around a 160-163 type number. Seems like it would be bullish but the corn price has hardly reacted at all. Are they waiting to see what they come up with in MN and IA? I don't know much about the market and why it does what it does, but it seems logical that it would drive the corn price up some, especially after it bombed a week ago on the USDA report. | |
