I hear you Just Learning.  Things like to start failing when the strings are getting tight.  But, there really is only two ways this can play out.  We go there now with these extreme levels, or we muck around in the general area of these price levels for a year or two, and not go to the those levels but visit something in this area again.  We will leave it to price to decide for sure.  Either way it will be no fun.
