Excellent craftsmanship! You said it fractured the ground like a subsoiler. If instead of fracturing the soil and "lifting It" would it pull easier if the soil was "sliced"? I'm sure soil moisture plays a big part. My thought is that the soil under the tile would be less disturbed and be less likely to settle while at the same time requiring less traction. Very nice job.
