I agree with the other replies, would add that you need to check your cobs on the walkers, be sure you are not breaking too many. A few JD guys will say to adjust such that a few of the cobs have a kernel or two left, sometimes that does work the best, can depend on variety of corn.

Concave inserts? The old concaves with full wires don't need them, if yours is newer or replaced, a set of inserts (slot fillers for the back two rows of the concave) can help, less cobs on the sieves.

Most of the cleaning needs to be done on the pre-cleaner and chaffer, maybe a little tighter than the book calls for, and keep them full. Throw handfuls of corn onto chaffer (with machine off) while adjusting to find the correct opening. Sieve open wide enough to avoid corn in the tailings. When those adjustments are done set the fan speed, I like to use the grain loss monitor for that, turn the fan up until the monitor shows higher loss and then back off a bit.
