Your concave is too wide and cyl too slow. I bet you had corn going out the back too. Try 4 1/2 and 360 rpm. The concave need to be just wide enough that the cobs come out whole and then set the cly speed just fast enough to remove the kernals. I never run wider than 6 and never slower than 340 rpm.
