We had both before purchasing a larger machine. I thought the 4 wheel 6700 was a big improvement in terms of ride. The 3 wheelers are ok but it can get a little hairy on uneven ground. Personally I would get the 6700 if your budget allows. The only real issue that I remember is the solution pump throwing off belts with some regularity.
