| That gear change will be there no matter what, it is where the clutch pack changes up. Power shift in CaseIH 12 spds was same from 5 - 6. Won't hurt, just annoying. 160 hrs on my 1010, 100' boom. Just broke that threaded rod for the first time 2 days ago. Have to keep the bolts tight. Really like the machine, great to drive. I am going to move the air cleaner up, just rotate the elbow and build a bracket. In spring dust it plugged filter in about 30 hrs. It pulls air from just behind front tire. Hate that "water in fuel" beeper. Tried unplugging it at filter, then get a constant error code up. I think the booms are built heavy enough but everything tied to them is weak. The threaded rod adjustor, the pivot pins are held in place with 1/4" in bolts, watch them, keep them tight. I put the Raven boom shut off controller on it, remembers where you have sprayed and turns boom on and off. Great feature. Well worth the money. | |
