Yes. In fact I have some this year that are that tall unfortunally like others have said they tend to lodge and can get white mold and tend to yield less. I ran a vertical tillage unit on most of the field except the low areas and where ever the field cultivator went the beans are or were (we got a inch of rain last nite with wind) above my waist.
