To add confusion, the line build sheet on my '79 Intl 2275 says it has a NTC230HT. What does the HT stand for after the horsepower level?

In addition, on some papers that accompanied my line sheet, it shows an F-2575 being built with a NTC290BC engine. Any ideas on the BC?
