It was hard at first but it has gotten better the longer I have stayed with it and after seeing the results I'm pleased. I don't really crave anything too badly anymore. I only watch the carbs and sugars on labels and don't really get hung up on the number of calories. It forces the body to start using it's reserves instead of getting quick fixes from the carbs and sugars and storing the excess as fat. I know it may not work for everyone but I wanted to share how I've done this. I know I was looking for actual ideas and for meal ideas when I first started with the no/low carbs. Hang in there I'm sure you will find something that works for you. |
