Well, I've never used a heat gun, but I'd expect at least 180 degrees, because that's how hot the coolant is flowing thru the cooler. Engine oil temps in the field would be 180 to 220 degrees. You cannot adjust oil pressure at an idle. It is what it is. You can only set the maximum pressure when the oil is COLD, and that is 55 psi. You can adjust that COLD setting for 80 psi and it will never change what it is at an idle.
