I think that was one of the points...there is NO U.S. standard. As another poster commented, you use one moisture for selling out of the field @ 15.5%, another for dp-ing @ 15%, another for storing @ 14%.
Sooooooo, which moisture should one use for figuring yield in bu/A for record keeping? I use 15.5% regardless of which market we decide to use 3-6-9 mos later.
