| We've got weed fields, here.
Old Bob spent $45 on residual at planting (plus a pair of burndowns). And now they want $35 to (fruitlessly, I'm sure) spray what came up through that. County average is 30 bushel beans... Why bother?
In related news I'd like some alone time with a baseball bat and the fellow that keeps telling my grandad to go ahead and plant in weedy fields 'cause it doesn't make a difference when they spray.
