You have one of two problems going on, either you did not get the bearings pressed onto the shaft all the way or you have something out of place. It has been over a year since Ihave done on but it seemend like one of the extra items in the bag that the bearings and races come in I chuk over my sholder, I cannot remember witch one or why but it would come to me if the stuff was in front of me now. The last posibility is you might not have to get both sides tight. just run them up equily and tighten the two set screws on each end but stick some more shims in there if you do that. Jon
