This is a creek bottoms area. We also have some acreage
near the Wabash River, but with it still above flood stage
it will be to late to replant when in recedes.
There is some larger farmers in our county that regularly re-plant soys, great deal,collect $88 acre from crop ins., free seed and just pull no til planter through field again.....as long as we have opur generous crop ins. plan maybe all seed companies could cut net price 10% and forget about free re-plant.....foe seed guys,any ideas on % of replant seed vs. original planting given out a year? |
