we have a two lmc marc 500 gravity and we are taking 52 bushels test weight wheat and getting it up to 58 by using lmc advent cleaner along with disc separator, along with gravity. we run about 700 bushels per hour and are averaging about 25% clean out to get it from 52 to 58. that that would be about 250 bushel out of 1000 to get test weight up. The screening are going to feed mill at reduce cost. as previous person said it is hard to predict what cleanout is but this is our experience.

not sure if this helps or not.

Thank you. That is the info I was looking for. Unfortunately for me, 25% is a lot higher than I was predicting. I thought 10% cleanout might be reasonable (and pay for a gravity table pretty quick). It would take a lot of bushels for payback at 25%. Thanks again.
