North Central Texas | Cedar played out here 2 years ago. Seems if conditions are good it doesn't like it. This year was my final straw on anything from osu. I have always had sprout from them even in a drought year.
The last twenty or so years no variety has stood out year after year unless you grow soft. Everything drops rapidly in 3-4 years and if you didn't have to spray, you will. There is no resistance to anything by year five.
Way too many varieties making 80, 100 + and falling to a 40-50 average a few years down the road. | |
