I had some fields of virgin bean ground 2 years ago and had similar problems. Tissue test showed N and Molybdenum deficiency. I wish I would have topdressed some urea on mine. If your pH is low you could have Moly issues also. If you need to make any post spraying for weeds, insecticide, or fungicide might want to add 2-4 oz. of sodium molybdate.
