Yes I believe you are dreaming.....that the LL will lease to you with strings attached . He can get the same money or more from other renters (with no stipulations).... just my . Nice idea though.

Hate to agree... But yes I agree.

I'd like to get aggressive on some rental ground i have and have wondered about something similar. But the truth is exactly how Dave stated it.
