Sprayed round up twice and mix revolution in on 2nd spray and can't seem to knock down the water hemp. Beans are flowering now. Is it too late to burn them with flexstar? Will it kill the yieldand isn't there some restrictions on how late you can spray?? SE North Dakota. Thanks
