nw NC | Lots of areas in Southeast US in drought conditions. Some corn already lost, later plantings could still produce well if rains come. Soybeans, I guess you could say, still have potential. I saw a guy at farm supply driving away with pick up truck loaded with soybean seed. Some tobacco looks decent, other fields are pitiful. First cutting hay was short with little regrowth. Pastures grazed to the ground. We need rain....NOW.
