Did you check your seed when planting?

The blacks are prob rr beans and puts over the tolerance or too many blacks makes the tofu or soymilk off color.

Was this beans on beans? -that's a red flag as vol beans can happen.

Did you grow any other beans beside these? --did you document your cleanout and flushing process of all equipment that came in contact with the seed or harvested bushels? Guys get lazy and don't have the planter all cleaned out or seed tender. Also you gotta flush the combine to get the prior variety out of it. Semi trailers the lip where the tarp sits holds beans even ran down the road empty....


Purple beans, red seed stain from night shade, brown beans, dirty beans all means your beans are not food grade quality. Some even have protien and seed size cut offs. Prob would of been nice to know all the oh crap this means my beans won't work now so if you see something while combining you don't dump a hopper of purple beans and ruin a bin that the rest were fine.
