Southwestern Indiana | I'm not saying they will come back and yield as good as they could. There's no doubt that 10-25 percent of their potential is probably gone. I've seen beans look awful though and average 40. I've seen corn look awful and average 50. Corn just can't revive itself once it's damaged. You can have 30 inch tall beans loaded with pods and fill the grain tank pretty fast. If it turns off dry in August, they won't stand a chance though. | |
