| Assuming IL, IN, MO, OH, and MI soybean yields are down 15% from year ago levels (pretty safe assumption it appears at this point) then IA, MN, SD, and NE would have to equal or slightly exceed year ago yields to achieve a Nat'l average of 43.5. Keep in mind, SD beat its previous state soybean yield record by 3 bpa last year, IA missed by 0.5 bpa and NE tied their soy yield record. In my opinion a Nat'l yield of 43.5 or above has a 1 in 4 shot. | |
