Virginia
I don't like any of those but the one on the bottom is the better of the three.

We handle 4 X 5 and 5 X 6 rounds and 3 X 3 squares and have done some 4 X 4 squares and use 1 spear for all sizes.

The best set by far has been the Knverland (not sure about the spelling) using two spears spaced far enough apart to just be able to spear a 4 X 5. With this spacing you can also handle squares with no problem. The spear spacing is the fault I find with the 3rd spear pictured.

Some have gone with 3 spears but we get along well with 2. Two spears work well with the proper spacing for the squares. Two spears also work well when stacking round bales on end since it's easy to also spear them from the sides. With wide spacing you can also carry two rounds side by side at the same time.

As PB said, the only time I've bent a spear is when I ran it in to the ground. That was one that was a single cold rolled 2" spear. We then went to truck axles and now use the Knverland.
