Long Islandl, Kansas
I have been able to get the most forage out of a mix that includes Albon rye, oats, and sudan or millet plus some turnips/radishes. I just put this mix in on Monday and I hope to have pairs on it 30-45 days. I don't know that wheat will be able to make it to good grain next year as I have tried to do this with the albon rye and it will produce grain, just hasn't been anything spectacular.
