I feel that way about the decreasing coverage after some arbitrary planting date. I bought that level of crop insurance and I'm tryin' and now your gonna penalize me without reducing my premium??
That said , I still think the only crop insurance option that should be available to any farmer is the old multiperil "bushel guarantee".
I would also include my thanks to the American taxpayer for subsidizing my premium.
