If you want to take the risk, then fine, but get it in writing from the person that makes the decision BEFORE you risk your PP payment.

(edited to add) From an agronomic perspective it makes prefect sense, but RMA rules allow planted soybeans to void the PP claim, not saying all adjusters will read it like this, but know the potential is there.
