| The company I am refering to was not Verified Grains. I am a first time poster on this board and I am not familiar with your board rules. I did read them and saw a section on NOT libeling anyone, so I chose to err on the side of caution and not name the company involed. If someone can say for certain I can mention this companies name here without my post being deleted, then I will do so. One of the other growers that I have been in contact with mentioned this board during my conversations with him and said that it may be a good place to reach out to contact other contract growers that were screwed over by this company. Again, I am simply trying to find other farmers, like myself who have been screwed by this company, to see if there is any interest in pursuing some form of legal action to recoup the lost premium that has been denied to us. | |
