| We are running 3 HW340s, one is non-emission and the other two are Tier 2. 50 to 60 gal is normal for a 10 hour run. We try not to run the disc header any faster than necessary to get a good cut.
We had problems with the help cutting in high range, needless to say that high range is now disabled.
When you figure that the thing is basically a big hydraulic pump on wheels, the efficiency isn't all that bad.
A local operation has an HW345, they said the acre counter was dead on. Could it be a calibration problem? | |
