Taylor, Tx | I've owned a 6 wheel Argo roughly 5 years ago. They are really a play toy. I will admit going into water and floating is a plus , don't expect to travel fast in water. The tires are what propel you of course. I've went across a few stock tanks of mine that when wind blowing about 15-20 mph and making little waves in water, the Argo wouldn't go across the water straight into the wind. Didn't have enough propulsion since no propeller. I'm a tall guy, 6'2" so it was uncomfortable for me to ride comfortably in it cause being a 2 seater there wasn't much room to stretch out. Unless u really have money to spend on a toy, I'd steer clear unless you are in the swamp land. Would be good for swamp land to get around. | |
