easiest way i found was from a poster on redpower forum - weld a small plate of 1/4" steel to the end of the key .drill a hole in the plate and use a 10# slide hammer .you can make the slide hammer yourself with a 10# iron barbell weight and a pipe .i havent had this fail to get one out yet.
