We did a test plot several years ago of different populations and 30's vs twin row. We had pop from 28k to 42k in both twin and 30. We found that pushing the pop at the 36k was the best return on our money. The 42k was right there but not enough return for the seed cost. The twin row was a waste of time.
The corn looks great. I wish there was some around here that looked that good.
