Subject: RE: no till beans vs conventional

SW Indiana
My experience this year is no till is better. Our worked ground didn't have any chemical put down, and it has rained non stop since they came out of the ground. Now between water logged soil and weeds it is a nightmare. At least our no till beans are only dealing with the water and not the weed/grass mess. We put Authority XL in with our burndown and it has made a believer out of me this year. Another 2.5 inches of rain today, have no idea when we will get to spray beans, sad thing is thought we sold 1/4 of the bean crop ahead, could easily be 3/4 if the weather don't get straightened out in a hurry.
