Any drift will hurt them bad. Wind had better be blowing opposite direction. Rain afterward doesn't matter. If it's effective enough to kill the weeds it'll kill the peas just the same
I would go sharpen or aim with roundup instead
Then hit dicamba after peas are not a factor anymore
