had a hail storm through Mt. Sterling, OH in the early/mid 2000s July 4th weekend. Corn was about waist to shoulder high, not tasseled. I think it made something like 80 bushels but it smelled like silage for about a week after the storm.
I'd bet the hail adjuster will have to let it finish out for a settlement.
