I asked above and i'll ask again what kind of machine did your applicator use? also if nobody is taking responsibility it is time to coordinate things using measurements and pictures( tiler more than likely has gps coordinates for tile lines). if conditions allow, get out there with a sidedresser or something and get the yellow areas taken care of. also get those weeds resprayed. worry about finding blame later but document everything now.
